Please note this group rate is only available through 21 April 2022. We have arranged a $5 discounted self parking per day for local attendees (overnight parking for hotel guests is $10).
When booking online, be sure to adjust the dates for your stay (we anticipate attendees will check-in evening of Thurs, May 12 and check out on Sun, May 15).
ALTERNATE HOTEL RECOMMENDATION
Since our group block is nearly sold out due to higher than anticipated demand, we want to offer a great alternative that is located just across the street. Please consider making a reservation at the Hilton Inn and Gardens. Rooms are limited but if you acted quickly, you can secure a room at a competitive rate. It’s the best location to be at if you can’t secure a room at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel.
Spacious Guest Rooms
The spacious guest rooms will provide comfort to our attendees, and you will always be “In Supply” thanks to the refrigerator in each room and the convenience of a grocery store across the street from the property.
AIR TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION TO EVENT SITE: Hotel shuttle service is not available. The travel distance to the hotel from either DALLAS LOVE FIELD (25 miles) or DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (32 miles) are similar so we recommend you fly into the airport that provides the best air travel rates.
Uber/Lyft rates will not be much different between either airport to/from the hotel.
Watters Creek
The official event site, Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel, is located conveniently right across the street from the award-winning Watters Creek at Montgomery Farms.
You will enjoy the convenience of being situated next to the scenic neighborhood shopping center featuring an array of stores & eateries. A grocery store is located immediately across the street (with Starbucks inside) as well.
